Mission Statement To expand current outreach services through the implementation of comprehensive programs that addresses their needs. Provides assessment/ referral services and appropriate follow-up. Enrichment, wellness, aid , daily meals to those who are home-bound
Primary Services Transportation for personal needs (e.g., store, food), and to pick up medication or go to doctor. We offer tax assistance, notary, Focus Hope certification, information, and a place where active senior citizens gather together to continue their personal growth. We are also a Medical Relief site and help seniors with their Social Security, a perscription drug program, and Medicare Part D qualification.
Eligibility Age.
Populations Served English-speaking seniors (ages 55 +), mostly women, mostly black, lower- or fixed-income. Also serve younger individuals if disabled or handicapped.
